UK: ONLINE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General information regarding online bookings at Nab Strand Camping. By making a reservation through Nab Strand Camping’s online booking system, you accept the following terms and conditions.
PAYMENT
All prices in the online booking system are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK), including VAT and taxes, unless otherwise specified. Any prices shown in Euro are for guidance only.
Payment can be made using the payment cards accepted by the booking system, including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Please note that additional fees may apply to foreign payment cards depending on the card issuer.
The payment will be charged when the booking is completed.
SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT
You can safely make reservations through our online booking system. All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted connection, protecting your information throughout the payment process.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once your booking has been completed, you will receive a booking confirmation at the email address provided. It is your responsibility to check that all information in the confirmation is correct.
If you do not receive a booking confirmation shortly after completing your booking, please contact us at email: info@nabstrandcamping.dk
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
If you wish to change your reservation, this must be done in writing by email to:
info@nabstrandcamping.dk
Please note that changes cannot be made by telephone.
BOOKING AND STAY
The booked stay is valid for the period stated in the booking confirmation.
Arrival and departure must take place within the times stated in the booking confirmation or on the campsite’s website.
Reservations may not be transferred to another person without the written consent of the campsite and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the guest does not arrive on the agreed arrival date and no prior agreement has been made with the campsite regarding a later arrival, Nab Strand Camping reserves the right to reassign the reserved pitch or cabin from 08:00 PM on the following day.
Failure to arrive or shortening of the stay does not entitle the guest to a full or partial refund.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Camping pitches and cabins:
If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded less an administration and cancellation fee of DKK 400.00.
If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the full amount of the stay will be refunded.
Once a stay has commenced, no refund will be given, and the reserved period remains binding.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Please note that bookings made with Nab Strand Camping are not subject to the right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
The sale of accommodation (including cabins, camping, holiday homes, etc.) is exempt from the right of withdrawal pursuant to section 18, subsection 2, no. 12 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
The booking made is therefore not subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
PERSONAL DATA
Nab Strand Camping registers your name, address, email address and any other information provided in connection with your booking.
All information is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties unless necessary for the completion of the booking or required by applicable law.
Information is stored in accordance with applicable legislation.
COOKIES AND SECURITY
The website uses cookies and secure connections to protect the information you provide.
PRICING ERRORS
Nab Strand Camping reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typing errors, sold-out units and other inaccuracies in the online booking system and on the website.
COMPLAINTS
If you do not receive your booking confirmation and have not received an error message from the system, please contact us as soon as possible.
Complaints regarding the booking process, the booking itself or the stay must be submitted within a reasonable time after the error was or should have been discovered.
All inquiries will be processed as quickly as possible, and Nab Strand Camping will determine whether a refund, price reduction or other compensation is appropriate.
